Ice Barrier and Mana Shield both nerfed 30%+

My mage's shields are both absorbing about 30% less today, stealth nerfed.
Are you sure you're not just counting the ICC buff to be the norm?

Are you sure it's not because you haven't changed your glyphs since Blizzard fixed them?

I believe this may be a tooltip error. Actual absorption on glyphed Ice Barrier is pretty much what I expect, and is 30% higher than the unglyphed value shown on the tooltip (if I remove the glyph, that is). However, the glyphed tooltip value is much lower than it should be (and does not match the actual absorption value).
