Do you really need something JUST for spellsteal? I mean, they highlight the buffs that can be stolen now, and it's not hard to memorize which little picture is what.
Mage Nuggets actually has a seperate window that will pop up if you're targeting a mob with spellstealable buffs.

Except my target's health bar is modified with Pitbull and it's next to my action bars.
And I think you misunderstood. I don't need "TEXT" I just need spell icons to spellsteal.

Debuff filter is a very versitile addon I use for all buff/debuff uses.
You can specify in a frame (either the default buff one for the target, or a custom made one) to only show stealable buffs.

XPerl will make stealable buff icons double-sized and if I recall it will also highlight them with a sparkling border. It is a pretty nice feature.
