I have tailoring currently and don't want enchanting whats a good alternative to enchanting.

Probably a gathering profession. Skinning for the Crit if your fire, Herbalism for the haste otherwise.
I use Engineering and Alchemy, because they both support nice PvP and PvE enchants,buffs, and gear, they can be very useful money making profs with Alchemy i have made 4kg in the last week, as a Transmute Master, by creating Truegold and Inferno Rubies and selling them in AH, although... i don't know if that is a lot for a week... lol :D
