[PVP] locked out frost: What to cast?

HEllo all i am a frost pvper and i was wondering what spell is best to cast when locked out of frost?

FIreball, arcane blast, arcane missle, even defensive spells can be included like mana shield, and mage ward if not on cooldown, and others you can think of.
Well, you'll obviously want to hit Mana Shield for the protection, though it's not as much (percentage wise) as it was at 80. It'll still mitigate some damage while you get back up.

Fire Blast does some pretty good damage, even as Frost, so you can hit that while running.

Your elemental isn't locked out with you, so make sure to use him for a Freeze if it's up.

Blink of course.

If you're really desperate, you can Invis and/or glyphed Evocate.
never understood these type of questions....depends on the situation...how many people are on you, is there a possibility of another kick...what buffs do you have up...do you have a target to resheep? is pet nova down? is blink up?
