Makes it extremely clunky and frustrating in PvP. If your target moves out of LoS or out of range it's gone, and you also can't juke a frostbolt cast without losing it.
It would be kind of stupid if you could super saiyan juke frostbolts at light speed endlessly.

Not trolling. Think about it. It would be nearly impossible to interrupt a mage who could chain early frost, especially with even a modest chunk of haste. If globaling people with arcane right now is noob tubing, then infinite early frost would be bunnyhopping.
People need to stop spamming the word clunky. That word gets used more here than any other.
Probably 'cause it perfectly describes a lot of the new talents.

But yeah main reason you lose out on early frost is because of juking. If you use FFB to juke you risk being locked out of fire, and frost....not to mention it's freaking obvious what you are trying to do.
+We used to have r1 Frostbolt, which was a faster cast and on no CD. If that wasn't an issue(it wasn't), I can't see how Early Frost juking would be. This is kinda @ what I think Karrok was trying to say about it.
I'm all for anything that minimizes the incentive to juke.

This is a flawed game mechanic. Simple as that. Not sure if its a bug or in some way intended, but it is still wrong regardless.
A proc, which is what the Early Frost talent really is, just a constant, timed proc, should NOT be consumed if you don't actually finish the cast. End of story. There's no argument to be had here. Its flawed, it should get fixed... eventually.
It is similar, in some ways, to the FFB glyph's bug of consuming both FoF stacks.
