[:1]Can someone give me a decent leveling spec for frost. Im having trouble getting into frost as a whole but I've heard it is the best as far as survivability goes, so I'd appreciate some guidance as far as talents go. Can you also give me the leveling rotation for frost aswell? I plan on doing single target killing, instead of AoE grinding.
