So i leveled arcane and it was fun untill yes i got bored of it. i started out using fire and that was good and all but i just don't get enough HS with lack of gear for it to really have good dps at the moment. i was reading around and hearing FROST actually does decent dps?
so in a nut shell... i just want to hear what your frost rotation for AOE and mainly ST is. and also what you have pulled on heroics dps wise ST and or Aoe. ty.
I start a boss with a Frostfire Orb, Icy Veins, Elemental Freeze, Deep Freeze, Cold Snap, Frostfire Orb, Deep Freeze again and throw out frostbolts, popping Icy Veins when the first wears off and as much as I can following.
Frost is a situational thing, it doesn't have a static cycle but I primarily have it like a flow chart I guess:
If Fingers of Frost is up: Deep Freeze > If DF is on CD > Ice Lance. Otherwise Frostbolt without FoF, also use Elemental freeze as much as possible to get two finger procs, use Orb ASAP and DF ASAP. The all CD nuke at the beginning was a trick I picked up from Ekyu of Ensidia.
