Question on Polymorph

[:1]I use to play a mage back in Vanilla. I am recently coming back to game and thinking about going back to mage. Thing is though back in the day Polymorph was constantly broken by other players. I hear there are macros and stuff now that will let me sheep the target again without even changing my target? I was wondering if anyone could tell what that macro is if there is such a thing heh.
/cast [target=focus] Polymorph

your macro would look something like that.

And to do it...realize you have to have the thing you're polymorphing set as your focus target...obviously.

However...cata dungeons and raids (trash) generally call for CC...so mages and other classes have had to get used to it again. Also it's not really common that my poly gets broken by someone else...only then because some tanks don't like to pull mobs away from CCd targets.

I have of course screwed my own poly over...because my LB keybind is right next to my poly keybind. Fun times.
There's a glyph to remove DoT effects when you cast Poly on a target. The only time it gets broken is when people do stupid things and in that instance there's no reason you should try to poly it again. Let it eat people and they'll learn better next time.
