Netherwind Presence

[:1]Is taking the Netherwind Presence talents really worth it? I'm already at the haste softcap from my gear + racial + raid buffs. Would it be more worthwhile to just take another talent?
Well reading some elitistjerks stuff I came across this;

"the DPS value for each point of Arcane Concentration is not equal. The first point can improve DPS by up to ~1%, whereas the second and third are much lower. Only the first point of Arcane Concentration is of comparable DPS value to Netherwind Presence for subpsec points, the second and third are not."

So I'm thinking about dropping one point of Netherwind Presence for one point of Arcane Concentration and filling in Pyromaniac, since the bug has been fixed.
