Concerning Frost Mage Procs and Glyphs

[:1]When I get two stacks of FoF and BF should I use: Deep Freeze, Ice Lance, then FFB or will FFB get more damage if I use it with FoF? Then for prime glyphs I'm thinking that Frostbolt, Deep Freeze, and FFB will work the best.
FoF just makes the insta-FFB act like the guy is frozen. It'll do the same as if he really IS frozen. If you have two stacks, use either FFB or IL, then DF. If you used up the FFB, then ok. If not, then use it after DF.

Your glyphs vary. If you're PvE, then your set up is fine, if pvp, get rid of deep freeze.

EDIT: If you're talking about PvE, FFB is going to deal more damage than IL almost all of the time when you have a FoF charge, so use it.
